Acclaimed UK artist Rob Green, alongside a host of Leeds most promising singer/songwriters, delivers an evening of intimate acoustic soul dedicated to lyrics, life and the love of music.
Marion Zubryzcki is renowned for her powerful vocal and honest lyrics; after making a name for herself by sweeping various open mics and talent events in the city. Marion is revered as one of the city’s top vocalists.
Giles Winterton is an experienced Leeds based folksy singer/songwriter with a soulful heart. Giles is set deliver new material along with music featured on his debut album, ‘Unity’.
Twin sensations Tila & Tavelah stunned The Voice judges in the 2013 TV competition and since then have landed a management deal to record their own brand of Pop/R ’n’ B. Killer songwriters and no strangers to the Seven Arts stage; the twins are set to deliver some of their brand new self-penned material.
Natalie Duncan, after featuring in BBC2’s show “Goldie’s Band”, rose to fame. In one year she dropped her first debut album, “Devil in Me”, featured on Later… with Jools Holland and toured the UK to public acclaim. This jazzy songstress has several titles under her belt; and armed only with piano Nat will deliver acoustic renditions of her material including tracks from her latest commercial EP, “Black and White”.
Christella, something of a local legend, has worked for years within Theatrical and Commercial music. She has performed alongside some incredible artists; Jamiroquai, Beverley Knight and Martha Reeves. As a musical director she developed her own vocal group “Caution Collective” which continues to feature on the Seven Arts bill alongside developing and performing her own blend of Soul/R ’n’ B music. For this event Christella will feature her best works from a catalogue spanning over a decade.
Rob Green is a singer/songwriter from Nottingham. Rob first gained national media attention after his track “Underdog” made BBC Introducing track of the week. Since then Rob has received acclaim from Mistajam, Wretch 32, Charlie Sloth and Devlin, jammed on stage as part of Martha Reeves’ sell-out tour at the world famous Ronnie Scotts and has sold out each of his solo acoustic shows to capacity. Rob will be debuting brand new material and collaborations with the evening’s performers.
