Tim returns to Seven Arts joined by some wonderful musicians, including seasoned Irish flute player, Paul Daly; York based keyboard player, Charlie Daykin; and acclaimed Manchester guitarist/ mandolinist David Thom, plus special guests. An evening of quality electric folk and acoustic roots music awaits!
Born in Yorkshire to Irish roots; and based in the French Alps for over twenty years, Tim is an independent professional folk-rock singer-songwriter, previously working alongside the late Maartin Allcock (ex-Fairport Convention), Andy Dinan (The Bad Shepards) and Celtic multi-instrumentalist and folk advocate, Mike McGoldrick.
Tim has performed at many venues and festivals throughout the world; and supported Richard Thompson, Martin Stephenson and Daby Touré. Other previous gigs include CBGB’s, New York; The Cultural Centre, Sao Paolo; Wickham Festival with Maartin Allcock and Andy Dinan; Celtic Connections; Wimbourne Festival; Festival Jazz à Vienne; Nashville venues tour with Mike McGoldrick; and Whitby’s Musicport Festival.
