You are invited to a special screening of “The Journey to Racial Equality in Leeds Mental Health Services” which shines a spotlight on some of the innovative work taking place across Leeds to tackle mental health inequalities in our ethnically diverse communities.
Featuring interviews with a range of local health, mental health, public health, and community sector professionals and experts, you will hear the voices of change agents who are impacting and influencing the narrative and pathways within organisation and communities in Leeds.
The film is a fitting and powerful tribute to the Synergi Leeds Partnership and its contribution to supporting the city’s priorities of reducing health inequalities and making this a mentally healthy city for all.
After the documentary premiere, there will be a Q&A panel session, where you will have the opportunity to find out more about the Synergi Leeds Partnership.
We are inviting partners from across all sectors to attend but seats are limited, so will be allocated on a “first come – first served” basis so please don’t miss this opportunity!
Our aim is that you will leave the screening with a renewed commitment to ending mental health inequalities for minoritised groups and a better understanding of how the Synergi partnership is working towards this.
We hope you will:
• Sign up to the national Synergi Pledge
• Join our network
• Ask about how you can get involved
• Share funding opportunities for a Synergi creative project.
I hope you will be able to attend and look forward to seeing you.
Please sign up as soon as possible to secure your placement, as seats will go quickly.
